Shipping policy

After receiving your order, each piece is printed or stretched, carefully packaged, and shipped. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery of your order - prints and unstretched originals are usually shipped within 7 business days, framed and stretched items often take longer. Shipping times vary between 7-21 days depending on your choice of item, shipping method, and location.

We cannot deliver packaged items over 100cm to Post Office boxes.
All parcels require a signature on delivery. If you request ‘authority to leave’ then Rebecca Anne Maclean is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of your parcel.
All art is sold on a made-to-order basis, please allow 1-3 weeks of production time - prints and unstretched originals are usually shipped within 7-10 days. For framed/stretched orders, this could be longer. Contact us directly for an accurate quote at: hello@rebeccaannemaclean.com

Original artworks are sent globally unstretched, rolled, and shipped in a protective tube along with protective paper & packaging. Contact hello@rebeccaannemaclean.com for all stretched/framed international shipping quotes and inquiries.

All original pieces are signed by the artist and provided with a Certificate of Authenticity. Original artworks can also be sent fully stretched on wooden stretcher bars, with or without frames. When original pieces are sent fully stretched, they will be packed in either a wooden crate or custom cardboard shipping box.

Prints are sent either in hard-backed protective envelopes or rolled in protective tubes depending on size, always with plastic or protective paper sleeves. All limited edition prints include a Certificate of Authenticity.

All original pieces are sent fully insured. Please contact us directly if you have any questions about shipping.

If you are purchasing multiple pieces in the same size there will be a separate invoice sent to you for shipping of additional packages, each piece has to be packed & shipped separately, both for protection and insurance purposes.
