Returns
Due to the nature of the product, each sale is final and no returns are accepted.
We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases as our prints and frames are all custom-made. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Damages and issues
If your order arrives with any damages from transit, please contact us immediately with photos/videos of the damage, including the packaging, so we can rectify the issue. Email: hello@rebeccaannemaclean.com
Please note: In order to process a return for an item damaged in transit, we MUST have photo evidence of damage to the exterior packaging and photo evidence of damage to the item.
Damaged Returns Claims must be submitted within 24 hours (1 business day) of receiving the damaged item.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of the product, no exchanges can be offered.
Refunds
In the unlikely case of damage during transit, we will work with the courier/shipping carrier and the collector directly to arrange the necessary refund/replacement.
